💼 Your Role

We’re hiring Customer Service Agents for a brand-new project with a leader in the online payment industry 💳.

As part of the team, you’ll help Dutch entrepreneurs (from small businesses to big names) by phone with their payment terminals (pin machines) — both technical and general support. 📞💡

🧑‍💻 What We’re Looking For

✅ Native Dutch speaker
✅ Good English (at least B2)
✅ Tech-savvy 💻
✅ Comfortable using multiple systems
✅ Willing to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends)
✅ You follow procedures, especially with sensitive data 🔐
