In partnership, we are looking for a motivated Spanish & English-speaking HR Manager to join their Mexico City office and lead HR operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

🧩 Responsibilities:

👥 Manage the full recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on front-office and technical roles
🤝 Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline hiring
📝 Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws
📊 Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll and benefits processes
📈 Assist in performance management and employee development planning
📚 Provide HR policy guidance to staff and leadership
🎯 Lead or support strategic HR initiatives and internal projects
🎉 Organize team-building activities and internal events
💬 Act as a trusted partner for employees and departments across the organization

✅ Requirements:
🇪🇸 Fluent in Spanish (C1) and proficient in English (B2)
💼 Proven HR experience in FX or financial services environments
🎓 Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
🔍 Strong background in sourcing, interviewing, and talent acquisition
📘 Knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices
🧠 Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
💻 Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
💬 Excellent communication and collaboration skills
💡 High level of integrity and confidentiality
