Opportunity Details

• Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

• Working Time: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with limited flexibility based on project needs

Role Purpose

The ERP Consultant will implement and enhance Finance and accounting modules across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Odoo, and other ERP platforms. This role supports both internal optimization and external advisory engagements, playing a key role in localization design, process alignment, and cross-border ERP capability-building. The consultant will be hands-on and client-facing, contributing to long-term digital transformation objectives while strengthening financial systems and compliance.

Main Objectives

• Deliver full-cycle ERP Finance & Accounting implementations and process localization for both internal and client systems

• Ensure project delivery milestones are met, including system configuration, training, and go-live support

• Provide system configuration, training, and support during project implementation to internal stakeholders and external clients

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance & Accounting modules with configuration and customization, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Tax

• Consult business processes in ERP systems (Microsoft D365 BC, Odoo, Kingdee) to meet internal and client requirements

• Support business requirement analysis and propose optimized workflows

• Provide user training and develop system documentation

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during and after implementation

• Contribute to ERP advisory efforts in pre-sales or consulting contexts as needed

• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and advisory teams on system integration and data migration

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Candidate Profile

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, or related field

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MB-300, MB-310) or other ERP certifications are preferred

Professional Experience

• 57 years of ERP consulting experience focused on financial & accounting modules

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential

• Exposure to Odoo and Kingdee is a strong advantage, but not mandatory

• Track record of delivering system training, configuration, and process optimization

• Experience in professional services and manufacturing environments is beneficial

Technical Skills

• Strong ERP configuration experience in financial & accounting domains

• Familiar with data migration, integration, and troubleshooting workflows

• Proficiency in business process mapping and user acceptance testing

• Readiness to learn and adapt to new ERP platforms as needed
