Job Description:
The Data Process Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of services that meet both client expectations and internal business needs. Operating within the Reports and Operations Department, this role supports the company’s goals around growth, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Reports and Operations team in achieving business objectives in alignment with the company’s strategic plan.
- Collaborate closely with the Field Operations team, through Planning and Operations Managers, to efficiently collect and process field reports.
- Maintain and update internal systems with accurate and timely data to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, printing, document binding, and managing email correspondence.
- Track and manage non-conformances through appropriate channels to ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.
- Participate in team meetings to support effective communication, identify opportunities, and contribute to ongoing and future project initiatives.
- Liaise with clients or their representatives to ensure websites are kept current and that the CRM system reporting loop is closed accurately.
- Monitor and manage personal KPIs, ensuring compliance with turnaround targets for reports and online updates.
Experience & Knowledge:
- Proven administrative experience is essential, with a strong understanding of business processes and data handling.
- A committed and reliable team player with a proactive, professional attitude.
- Strong customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in IT systems and software, with confident telephone communication skills.
- Collaborative approach to teamwork, contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery in terms of quality and timeliness.
- Ability to take a strategic view, prioritising business goals and long-term benefits over individual gain.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess challenges analytically, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Logical and methodical decision-making, based on accurate data and sound judgement.
- Ability to follow established systems, procedures, and timelines with discipline and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a clear focus on achieving targets and delivering results.

Additional Job Details:
- Full-Time Position: Available immediately.
- Hours: Contracted 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Monday to Thursday – 08:30 to 16:30
Friday – 07:30 to 15:30
- Salary: £23,809 per annum
- Location: Sheffield
