Incident & Release Coordinator

As an Incident & Release Coordinator, you're involved dealing with all incidents raised affecting our business(es) both internally and externally, during your shift or while on call rotation. 

Incident & Release Coordinator is responsible for building, updating and maintaining the monitoring and alerting platforms, and will be involved in a wide range of other tasks and projects, which will be determined by previous experience and development interests.

Your day-to-day

• Coordinate and document all incidents affecting our businesses and customers or employees;
• Set up and maintain Grafana and Datadog monitoring and alerting;
• Take ownership of issues and actively work on preventing them from escalating into incidents;
• Be an effective communicator;
• Follow agreed incident procedures, processes, metrics and standards;
• Assist the Incident Team Lead in other tasks.

Your background and mindset

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence;
  
• An understanding of ITIL processes;
  
• Experience with Opsgenie or similar tool;
  
• Experience with Grafana and/or Kibana or Datadog, or have a good understanding of how logging can be used to create visual metrics;
  
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment and be part of an on-call rotation;
  
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the business effectively;
  
• Background in IT and/or experience in Incident Management is a significant advantage;
• Excellent written and verbal English;
• Some abstract level technical knowledge of modern development practices and cloud based microservices architecture is a plus;
• Previous experience in iGaming is a plus.
