Landscaping Groundworker

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a Landscape Gardening Services company who would like to start cooperating with a self-employed Groundworker to join their team.

Position: Landscaping Groundworker

Location: Mainly in East Belfast, Bangor, Holywood, Newtownards, Cultra, and Donaghadee

Agreement: Full or part-time B2B cooperation for a self-employed worker

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform skilled labor tasks in landscaping, including fencing, decking, paving, turfing, drainage, brickwork, gardening, and landscaping maintenance
• Work efficiently and effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to accomplish project goals
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and any issues encountered
• Adapt to varying job requirements and environments as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in fencing, decking, paving, turfing, drainage, brickwork, gardening, and landscaping maintenance is essential
• Excellent English language skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own transport and UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Physical stamina and strength to handle labor-intensive tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
