Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative Manager to lead and mentor our Sales team. As a BDR Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the activities of the Business Development Representatives, ensuring they meet their targets and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a strong sales acumen and experience in financial services sales.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective strategies to generate new business opportunities in the Foreign Exchange (FX) market.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team members' skills and productivity.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistent progress toward goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and other methods.
Collaborate with our clients Sales team to understand and promote the company's foreign exchange products and services to potential clients, emphasizing their unique value propositions and benefits.
Partake in regular sales reports and updates to management, including pipeline analysis, revenue forecasts, and progress toward sales targets.
Continuously update knowledge of the foreign exchange market, industry best practices, and emerging trends to effectively position our company in the market.
Promote a culture of data integrity and strict adherence to CRM policy.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales is a plus.
