Position Summary:

Were seeking a Field Service Technician to join a fast-moving technical team that supports, installs, and maintains automated systems for high-performance manufacturing clients across the U.S. This position is designed for professionals who prefer real-world challenges over office routinespeople who want to see the direct results of their work, day in and day out.

You'll travel to customer sites to work with electromechanical systems that combine motion, sensors, vision, and control technology. The work is diverse, and so are the environments. No two weeks are the same, and thats exactly the point.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Perform on-site installations, commissioning, and service of automation equipment

  • Diagnose and repair electrical (120/240V AC & low-voltage DC), pneumatic, and mechanical systems

  • Interface with PLCs, sensors, and barcode/vision inspection components

  • Provide detailed service reports and suggest parts or improvements when needed

  • Deliver remote support during rotating on-call coverage

  • Track and manage travel schedules, expenses, and time logs in compliance with DOT standards

You Should Have:

  • Solid mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting experience

  • Familiarity with electrical systems, wiring, and the use of multimeters

  • Ability to work independently with professionalism in customer environments

  • Comfort using standard software tools (Microsoft 365) for reports and communication

  • Readiness to travel up to 95% of the time across the U.S.

Preferred Background Includes:

  • 2+ years in field service, technical maintenance, or equipment installation

  • Experience with industrial automation, PLCs, or sensor-based systems

  • Prior roles in high-travel service positions or military technical fields

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet during long shifts

  • Drivers license and passport eligibility
