Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to support trademark prosecution and docketing services within a high-impact legal-tech team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who is eager to bring their expertise to a collaborative, forward-thinking environment and contribute to streamlining processes through tech-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide paralegal support for trademark prosecution and enforcement matters, including docketing.
  • Prepare and file documents with the USPTO and WIPO; draft client communications using provided templates.
  • Create and update docket records; generate audit and custom reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify repetitive tasks for automation.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and establishing effective workflows.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a trademark paralegal role.
  • Deep knowledge of USPTO procedures and familiarity with TEAS, TSDR, ESTTA, and Assignment Recordation.
  • Experience with WIPO (e.g., eMadrid, MM Forms) and international filings under the Madrid Protocol.
  • Strong organizational, written, and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Professionalism and responsiveness in client interactions.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience using trademark docketing software such as FoundationIP, Patricia, CPi, or similar.
  • Familiarity with process improvement, workflow documentation, or legal automation tools.
  • Experience mentoring junior paralegals or legal assistants.
