We're on the hunt for a Finance & Administration Coordinator!
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for someone to support the finance and administrative functions that power our mission at The Unlimited Child.
In this role, you’ll:
- Manage quotations, invoices, and liaise with service providers
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Assist with finance-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Handle basic logistics and day-to-day office coordination
We’re looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn
