Finance & Administration Coordinator

We're on the hunt for a Finance & Administration Coordinator!
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for someone to support the finance and administrative functions that power our mission at The Unlimited Child.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage quotations, invoices, and liaise with service providers
  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Assist with finance-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Handle basic logistics and day-to-day office coordination

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn
