We are looking for an experienced Buyer to support the development of new and upcoming projects, the Procurement Department of an international company that is a leader in EPC project development within the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors. The company has a strong track record in the design, construction, and execution of industrial plants worldwide and plays an active role in key energy transition initiatives, including hydrogen, biofuels, biomass, digitalization, and artificial intelligence.

Work Modality:

💻Hybrid work modelflexible working hours, and summer intensive work schedule.

Responsibilities:

🔸Ensuring compliance with corporate and project-specific procurement procedures and directives.

🔸Managing all commercial aspects of assigned purchases and purchase orders.

🔸Evaluating and selecting suppliers and bidders.

🔸Issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and ensuring timely receipt of bids.

🔸Analyzing, clarifying, and negotiating technically and commercially sound bids.

🔸Preparing final commercial tabulations and recommendations.

🔸Drafting award proposals.

🔸Issuing and following up on approved Purchase Orders, including managing changes and final close-out.

🔸Participating in kick-off meetings and resolving commercial issues throughout PO execution.

🔸Conducting internal expediting and maintaining close coordination with other departments and project teams.

🔸Providing regular procurement-related reports and status updates.

Requirements:

🔺We require at least 3 years of experience in a position related to industrial or engineering equipment and components.

🔺A fluent level of English is required.

🔺Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
