IOI is a global leader in the gaming industry with a history of creating groundbreaking, award-winning games. We are focused on hiring the best talent the industry has to offer and providing them with a great place to work.
Employer Branding plays a big part in showcasing our studio culture and raising awareness of how great IOI is as a studio. With more initiatives and growing momentum, we're looking for an ambitious, driven, and high-energy Employer Brand Student Assistant who’s eager to take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and thrive in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment. This is not a role for someone who just wants to do what they're told — we’re looking for someone who sees opportunities, asks questions, and has the 'hunger' to make a real impact.
Part of our Talent Engagement team, you’ll work closely with our Global Employer Branding Manager in Copenhagen, who will support and mentor you, while also giving you plenty of space to experiment, learn, and execute on ideas. This is a 15-20 hours/week position, and is open in Brighton, Barcelona or Copenhagen.
What you will do:
- Organize and coordinate IOI’s presence at industry conferences, including messaging, speaker participation, and logistics.
- Plan and support IOI-hosted networking and talent attraction events, from concept to execution. Manage event page, guest lists, event copy, and ensure a smooth experience for all participants.
- Generate creative ideas and write engaging copy for posts on IOI’s LinkedIn and other channels — always aligned with our employer brand goals and focus areas.
- Write and publish our internal monthly newsletter in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment and obtain visual and video assets that support employer brand initiatives.
- Coordinate and help drive internal employer branding efforts focused on employee engagement, including: branding internal campaigns and organizing events that bring our Games First value to life — such as high-energy experiences that connect employees with our mission.
- Keep up-to-date with industry activities and recommend new talent attraction opportunities in each of our studio locations.
Who you are:
- Energetic, proactive, diligent and full of ideas — not just following instructions but pushing things forward.
- Thrive in a fast-changing environment and enjoy juggling multiple projects with enthusiasm and ownership.
- Currently having 1 or 2 years left of your BSc or MSc in marketing, HR, communications, or a related field.
- Deeply interested in employer branding and employee engagement— you understand its role in an organization, why it matters, and what makes a strong employer brand in our industry.
- Stay up to date with how other studios and industries approach employer branding and bring inspiration to the table.
- Interested and knowledgeable about People & Culture — and want to help make IOI’s talent one of our biggest assets.
- Passionate about video games — you play them, you understand the culture, and you’re excited to help support the game developers that create them.
- A clear communicator with great English writing and speaking skills.
- Organized and structured – you keep track of the details while thinking strategically.
- Familiar with MS Office and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
