Responsibilities:

Join our team as a Compliance Associate Intern and gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of regulatory compliance and client onboarding within the financial services industry. As an intern, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders, supporting the Compliance Manager to ensure the smooth onboarding of clients, addressing compliance-related queries, and maintaining high standards of regulatory adherence. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the FX industry, KYC protocols, and regulatory compliance while contributing to the company's growth. This is a paid 12-week internship.

  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients, ensuring Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.
  • Customer Support: Address client inquiries related to banking, KYC, transaction monitoring, and other compliance-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring that all FX-related activities comply with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing excellent service and fostering trust.
  • Documentation: Accurately maintain and update records in the company’s systems, ensuring all client data and compliance-related documentation is properly filed.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve FX transactional issues, providing insights into potential risks, and helping to improve compliance procedures and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field.
  • Strong interest in regulatory compliance, financial services, and KYC protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
