Work in Customer Service in exciting Riga (Danish)

About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of customer cases in internal systems

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experiences

• Ensure high service quality and meet performance targets

• Attend training sessions to develop your skills and stay updated

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent in Danish (C1) & proficient in English (B1+)

• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

• Willingness to work shifts based on project needs

• Excellent written communication for chat and email roles (Typing speed: 50 WPM for Chat roles)

• Eligibility to work in the EU & clear background check
