💼 Responsibilities

📌 Content Strategy & Execution

• Develop and lead content strategies for the agency and aesthetics clients that drive traffic, inquiries, and conversions
• Create scalable systems and documentation for content development and onboarding
• Design pillar content strategies, lead generation flows, gated content, and SEO-friendly assets
• Oversee blog posts, ebooks, landing pages, and social content that reflect luxury aesthetics and deliver ROI

🤖 AI-Assisted Content Creation

• Establish best practices for AI-assisted content, including prompt engineering and quality control
• Build workflows that combine human creativity with AI efficiency
• Stay on top of AI trends and introduce new tools where relevant

📊 Performance & Optimization

• Monitor and analyze content performance: traffic, conversions, SEO rankings, and engagement
• Implement plagiarism checks and QA processes
• Provide regular reports with actionable insights for both internal and client teams

👥 Team Growth (Future)

• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new content team members
• Act as a strategic partner to the founder in expanding the content division
• Provide content insights to support client acquisition and agency visibility

💡 Qualifications

✅ Must-Have

• 3–5+ years of experience in content marketing or content strategy
• Proven track record in driving growth and engagement through content
• Strong grasp of SEO, lead generation, and analytics
• Experience with AI content tools and prompt engineering (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney)
• Exceptional written English and storytelling skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

➕ Nice-to-Have

• Previous experience working in or with the aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare industry
• Experience in content production for luxury brands or high-end services
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and content reporting dashboards
• Experience leading a content team or mentoring junior content creators
