About the role:
We’re looking for ahigh-energy, detail-obsessed Junior Account Managerto take ownership of our high-volume accounts with lower spend today but serious untapped potential. This role is all about high-velocity relationship building, qualification, and driving smarter revenue.
Main responsibilities:
- Own a large portfolio of smaller customers, growing account value.
- Runfrequent virtual customer meetings - high-volume calls and tailored online demos that connect needs to solutions.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Quoting team to secure the best pricing and lead times for your customers.
- Handle inbound requestsand issues quickly and effectively - partnering with Customer Support to resolve challenges fast and keep customers happy.
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities.
Experience Required:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, SDR, Account Management or similarclient-facing roles.
- Proven track record in high-output roles: you’re comfortablemanaging a large volume of interactions every day.
- Skilled in virtual sales: discovery calls, online demos, and follow-ups that actually land.
- Strong customer service skills: you’re empathetic, calm under pressure, and focused on solving problems fast.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in marketplaces, tech, or manufacturingenvironments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred), virtual meeting platforms, and quoting workflows.
- Background in astart-up or scale-up environment where priorities move fast.
