Legal Operations Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and organized Legal Operations Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will support the legal department by streamlining processes, managing legal technologies, tracking key metrics, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with a strong understanding of legal workflows, and can drive operational improvements that enhance legal team performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and optimize legal technology platforms (e.g., contract management, e-billing, matter tracking)

Analyze legal spend, vendor performance, and workflow data to support strategic planning

Support contract lifecycle management, including intake, tracking, and reporting

Assist with compliance tracking, legal documentation, and knowledge management

Develop dashboards and reports for legal leadership using Excel or BI tools

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, procurement, HR) to align processes

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Legal Studies, Business, or related field

2+ years of experience in legal operations, legal support, or corporate legal environments

Familiarity with legal tech tools (e.g., Ironclad, Onit, SimpleLegal, NetDocuments)

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication in a remote team environment.
