Program Operations Lead

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Program Operations Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of cross-functional programs in a fully remote environment. This role will be responsible for ensuring program objectives are met on time and within scope, while streamlining operations, improving workflows, and driving alignment across teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in program management, operational strategy, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the operational execution of programs across departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Manage timelines, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for complex initiatives

Design and implement scalable processes and tools to improve program efficiency

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, track KPIs, and report on progress

Identify and resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement

Prepare executive-level reports, updates, and presentations on program status

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field

2+ years of experience in program/project operations or strategic operations roles

Strong background in workflow optimization and cross-functional collaboration

Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Notion, Smartsheet)

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills in a remote work setting
