What You'll Do

• Handle customer requests via phone, email, and chat in Croatian and English

• Assist users with booking issues, account questions, cancellations, and product guidance

• Provide clear, friendly, and efficient solutions

• Escalate unresolved issues and follow up to ensure resolution

• Work with a multicultural team focused on delivering outstanding service

• 14 salaries per year (monthly salary + Easter + summer & Christmas bonuses)

What You Bring

• Fluent Croatian (C2 level)

• Intermediate or higher English proficiency

• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems

• Experience in customer service is a plus full training is provided
