️ Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Croatian and English

• Assist users with bookings, payments, cancellations, and general inquiries

• Deliver accurate information and effective solutions with professionalism and empathy

• Escalate complex or technical issues to appropriate internal teams

• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring customer concerns

Requirements

• Fluent in Croatian (native or C2 level)

• Fluent in English (fluent level)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable using digital tools and working in a fast-paced environment

• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required full training is provided
