CDL-A Recent Grads Paid Training - $1, 300 Weekly Avg - Home Every 2 Weeks

We’re hiring recent CDL-A graduates for OTR positions with hands-on paid training, steady earnings, and long-term growth.

Paid Training & Orientation

• 4–6 weeks / 200–250 hrs behind-the-wheel

• $300 paid orientation

• Travel + hotel covered

Pay & Benefits

• After training: $0.56 CPM | Avg $1,300/week

• 1,600–2,200 miles/week | Raises every 3–6 months (up to $0.64 CPM)

• 100% no-touch freight | 50% drop-and-hook

• Home every 14 days for 2 full days

• Rider & pet policy after training

• Medical, dental (after 30 days) | Paid time off

Requirements

• CDL-A & 21+ years old

• Clean MVR, no major violations in 3 years

• No DUIs in last 5 years (max 2 lifetime before CDL)

• Must pass hair & urine drug screens

• Employment history reviewed (limited gaps)
