Your Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality support via phone, email, and chat in Croatian and English

• Assist customers with bookings, account issues, and general inquiries

• Deliver fast, friendly, and effective solutions

• Escalate technical or complex cases when needed

• Collaborate with your team to improve customer satisfaction

What You Need

• Fluent Croatian (native or C2)

• Intermediate or higher English

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Basic digital literacy and multitasking abilities

• Previous customer support experience is a plus training is provided
