Your Day-to-Day

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Croatian and English

• Help users manage bookings, resolve issues, and navigate the platform

• Deliver service with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy

• Escalate technical cases as needed and follow up to ensure resolution

• Collaborate with teammates to improve overall customer experience

What You Need

• Native or fluent Croatian (C2 level)

• Good command of English (intermediate level or higher)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask

• Previous support experience is welcome, but full training is provided
