Position Summary: 

The Service Leader Assist in Managing overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement for the properties. Responsible in assigning and in monitoring PRS submitted by end-users. Assist Buyers in sourcing and accrediting vendors. Ensures processing, issuance of POs and timely deliveries are carried out. Assists vendors follow-up with Account Payables payment matters.

Scope and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Awarding of Contractors for all Preventive Maintenance requests.
• Handling all engineering projects.
• Finalize contracts for Engineering Consumables.
• Provide assistance in the repairs and maintenance requests.
• Maintain proper documentation for all purchases including approvals, contracts, and delivery receipts.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure timely vendor payments and budget alignment.
• Track and report savings, procurement efficiency, and vendor performance metrics.
• Support sustainability initiatives by sourcing eco-friendly products and suppliers.
• Comply with all hotel and procurement policies and ethical standards.

Competencies and Skills Required: 

• Knowledge in procuring Engineering Materials
• Knowledge reviewing technical proposal of Goods and Services for Engineering
• Familiarity with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and specialized vendors
