TA Specialist

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Oficinas en Pedro Moreno, Chapultepec (Guadalajara)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with solid in-house recruitment experience to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers, and driving strategies to attract top talent. This role is strictly on-site, based in our Chapultepec offices, so we're looking for someone who thrives in face-to-face, collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across various departments.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.

• Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.

• Use ATS and internal systems to track candidates and maintain accurate documentation.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.

• Participate in employer branding initiatives and internal recruitment projects.

• Maintain a strong understanding of internal policies, procedures, and organizational structure.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of in-house recruitment experience (corporate/internal, not consulting or agency).

• Proven track record managing full recruitment cycle.

• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

• Solid understanding of internal HR processes and hiring compliance.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site environment.

• Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
