The company is currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer with Full-Stack skills and experience in growth experimentation techniques. The selected candidate will use their engineering expertise to impact user signups, activation, and revenue by working across Ruby in the backend and React/Javascript in the frontend.

Key Responsibilities

-Growth-Focused Engineering

• Implement changes on the Ruby backend and React/Javascript frontend to drive user growth and revenue.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute opportunities across signup, onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Conduct rapid experimentation cycles, using data to guide decisions and measure impact on business metrics.

-Technical Execution and Leadership

• Architect and build features independently, focusing on business results rather than just technical specifications.
• Operate, scale, and support SaaS applications efficiently.
• Mentor and guide other developers through code reviews and technical discussions.

-Process and Operations

• Follow engineering best practices including Automated Testing, TDD, BDD, CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage deployments and operations using platforms like Heroku or AWS.

Qualifications and Skills

-Educational Attainment: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

-Experience Level:

• More than 5 yearsof relevant professional experience in software development, including Full-Stack engineering.
• Senior-level engineering experience.
• Expertise in Full-Stack development with React, Javascript, Ruby on Rails, Postgres (plus Sidekiq, Redis, Memcached).
• Experience shipping, operating, scaling, and supporting SaaS applications.
• Experience mentoring and/or teaching other developers.
• Deployment and operational experience on Heroku or AWS environments.

Technical Capabilities:

• Strong skills in Full-Stack development (frontend and backend).
• Proficient with automated testing (TDD, BDD) and continuous integration/delivery practices.

-Communication Skills:

• Fluent (advanced C2+) English communication skills.

-Mindset:

• Results-oriented, problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive monthly salary between 6,000 – 7,000 USD, along with important benefits, including equipment, vacations policy and local holidays policy,access to a bonus based on performance.
