National Account Manager

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • 🔑 Manage and grow key national accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

  • 📈 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across assigned territories.

  • 🤝 Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at all levels.

  • 🔍 Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and spearhead the development of new national partnerships.

  • 🧩 Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and leadership to deliver a seamless client experience.

  • 📝 Track performance metrics and provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and insights to leadership.

  • 🚗 Travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support regional sales teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in sales, account management, or business development

  • Proven experience managing national or enterprise-level accounts

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to analyze data, trends, and client needs to drive results

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
