💼 Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok Ads platforms
• Focus on driving performance in low-margin verticals (e.g., mobile app marketing)
• Analyze ad performance and identify actionable insights for growth
• Create and test new creative variations, ad copy, and targeting strategies
• Collaborate with the social media and creative teams to align messaging and visuals
• Manage budgets, pacing, and real-time performance tracking
• Report regularly on KPIs and ROAS with data-backed recommendations
• Stay up to date on platform changes, trends, and best practices

💡 Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in paid social media advertising
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Proven success managing performance campaigns, ideally in mobile app marketing or industries with tight margins
• Solid understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion tracking
• Comfortable with performance analysis and budget pacing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

🎯 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Reddit Ads is a strong plus
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or MMPs
• Previous experience in a performance marketing agency setting
• Understanding of creative testing frameworks and short-form video performance
