Role & Responsibilites

• You will manage a portfolio of clients and handle their periodic and year-end financial closings, including preparing financial statements and other required regulatory reports.
• You will be responsible for preparing Corporate Tax returns, VAT returns, and subscription tax filings.
• You will participate in the Net Asset Value (NAV) production process, covering a range of financial and accounting tasks.
• Addressing inquiries from auditors, clients, and tax authorities, as well as resolving internal accounting-related matters, will be part of your role.
• You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients in various industries, including private equity and real estate within the fund sector.
• Reporting on client needs and expectations will be a key part of your duties.
• You will maintain and update the Investor register and the capital table.
• Knowledge of CSSF reporting, AIFMD, and BCL reporting will be a plus

Profile

• Diploma in Accounting, Audit, or Finance
• 2-3 years of professional experience in the Fund industry, including audit firms or similar role
• Experience in NAV calculations and NAV production
  
•  Familiarity with Luxembourg GAAP
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
•  Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
•  Proactive and initiative-driven
•  Organized and methodical approach
• Effective task prioritization and workload management
