Account Manager

Salary Range: RM4000 - RM5000
Working Location: Senai JB
Company Background: Hardware Company (MNC)
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon Friday)

Job Scopes

1. Handles full set of accounts.
2. Supervise all activities of the Finance and Invoicing departments.
3. Assist in preparation of all financial and management reports in the area of budget development, revenue forecasting and performance evaluation on a monthly basis.
4. Assist in preparation of annual financial statements for the Company and related entities.
5. Assist in preparation of GST and Income Tax Returns.
6. Assist in both internal and external financial audits.
7. Develops and enhances Companys policies and workflow procedures and fiscal policy and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate, legal, accounting and operational requirements.
8. Performs any other ad-hoc duties, as and when assigned by superior
   
   

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma with 3 years of working experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3. Meticulous, with an eye for details
4. Good time management.
5. A team player who can work with minimal supervision
6. Knowledge in Singapore financial reporting standards an added advantage.
