Senior Analyst Data Visualization - Taguig

TASQ is looking for a senior analyst specializing in data visualization in Taguig.

Position Overview: Data Visualization - Senior Analyst (Taguig)

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (computer science, math, or statistics) is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of data development experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Minimum of 4 years in the BPO industry.
• Significant experience with data development, specifically Oracle, SQL, and PostgreSQL, is required.
• Experience with reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau is essential.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand objectives, existing reports, KPIs, data sources, and visualization requirements.
• Identify key business metrics and determine how to represent data to support them.
• Choose appropriate visualizations and create clear, visually appealing dashboards.
• Build dashboards, automated reports, and templates using visualization tools, primarily Looker BI, but also Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, and iDashboards as needed.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces for easy data theme identification.
• Train team members on data visualization best practices.
• Serve as the main contact for tool issues.
• Understand technical architecture to adapt to changes and new software.
• Work with end users to ensure results meet their requirements.
