CDL Class A Mentor Driver

Position details to be a Mentor:

• Drive 2 weeks solo only then 1 day meeting at terminal to go over program
• Can choose to not go through with it after meeting
• .40 cpm + .10cpm training pay +.04 cpm productivity = .54 cpm + other bonuses
• 10 - 14 days out
• .4 cpm performance bonus
• Sign on - $500 paid at 1st pick up of student
• Pick up - $250 paid at pick up of each student
• Upgrade/1st Dispatch $250 to Mentor at 1st dispatch of upgraded student
• 10k Safe miles $500 paid when student reachs 10k safe miles
• 20k Safe miles paid when student reachs 20K safe miles
• Training cpm .10 cpm extra paid for Company and PCC drivers
• Elite Mentor .01 cpm paid for each mile of the student after 1st dispatch for 1 yr as Company Driver

Qualifications

• 21 years old
• 6 months OTR within past year 
• Pass Urine Drug Test
