Sr. Business Development Manager – Apparel

👨‍💼 About your functions and responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive business development strategies for the apparel vertical.
• Drive market expansion through new opportunities, partnerships, and untapped customer segments.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic industry partners.
• Ensure a high level of satisfaction, trust, and long-term collaboration.
• Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and KPIs.
• Track industry trends and market dynamics to maintain a strong competitive position.
• Mentor and empower a high-performing BD team.
• Promote a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and goal-driven culture.

🎓 What do you need to be successful?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business development within the apparel or fashion industry.
• Proven success in leading teams and executing strategic growth plans.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for fashion, innovation, and results.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York or Los Angeles (on-site position).
