Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to grow brand awareness and market share.

• Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure strategic alignment and high operational efficiency.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making and identify new opportunities.

• Design and implement brand promotion initiatives, including advertising, PR, and social media campaigns.

• Oversee marketing campaigns for projects, including defining sales, pricing, and promotional strategies.

• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.

• Monitor marketing performance and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate marketing, including at least 3 years in a director-level or equivalent leadership role.

• Proven track record with successful marketing campaigns/projects (case studies are a plus).

• Deep understanding of real estate market trends, regulations, and marketing models.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective internal collaboration and external partnership building.

• Solid planning and execution capabilities.

• Extensive media contacts and strong digital marketing expertise.
