Your Role

• Master digital solutions with our comprehensive training

• Guide entrepreneurs and businesses to improve their online visibility

• Offer expert advice on how customers find and engage with their brand

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate when necessary

• Introduce relevant services and features to existing customers

Your Profile

• Native-level Italian and strong English communication skills

• Customer-focused mindset and proactive approach

• Confident using computers, internet tools, and MS Office

• Familiar with Google tools (Maps, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

• Comfortable with Chrome OS and Android platforms
