Your Role

• Support high-profile clients as they grow their presence across multiple channelschat, email, and phone.

• Empower businesses by enhancing their experience with digital and self-serve advertising tools.

• Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales assistance for online advertising solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and ad delivery concerns with precision.

• Ensure swift resolution of customer inquiries while maintaining proactive communication.

• Offer expert insights and suggestions to help clients fully leverage available solutions.

• Share valuable feedback from clients to help shape future products and features.

What You Bring

• Native-level fluency in Turkish (written and spoken).

• Solid command of English (minimum B2 level).

• Confidence with computersbasic skills required, advanced abilities (like coding) are a plus.

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

• Exceptional communicationclear, professional, and empathetic.

• A proactive attitude and eagerness to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment.
