Salary is EUR 1,250 per month gross with bonuses

As a part of our award-winning team, you'll be assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries all while living in the vibrant and sunny city of Lisbon.

What Youll Do

• Handle incoming customer calls, chats, or emails in French for the users

• Provide accurate, friendly, and timely support on our products and services

• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers to solutions

• Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving complaints effectively

• Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary

What Were Looking For

• Fluency in French (C1 or native level) and good English skills (B2 minimum)

• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for technology

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
