Salary is EUR 1,800 per month gross with bonuses

What your day could look like:

Youll be the go-to expert for business travelers preparing for journeys around the globe. From booking flights and hotels to managing train travel and beyond, your support will help ensure smooth, stress-free trips so travelers can arrive prepared and return home with ease.

What were looking for:

• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills

• Active listening skills and a customer-first mindset

• Fluency in German, both spoken and written

• Proficiency in English

• Previous experience in travel, airline, hospitality, or similar industries is a plus

• Background in customer service or contact centers is an advantage

• Solid computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

• Strong organizational, decision-making, and analytical abilities

• A positive team player with a can-do attitude

• High school diploma or equivalent
