Role: Business Development Representative
As a Business Development Representative, your main mission will be to identify strong sales opportunities, profile prospective clients, understand their needs, and drive new business through engaging outbound campaigns.
You'll play a key role in helping businesses collaborate more effectively, innovate faster, and grow smarter. As the first point of contact for many companies, your goal will be to spark interest, qualify needs, and guide clients toward the best sales path.
You'll work toward personal targets while contributing to the broader goals of an energetic and ambitious sales team operating across the EMEA region. The role is primarily phone-based, focused on outbound outreach.
Key Responsibilities:

Meet quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) targets and daily/weekly activity benchmarks
Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify high-value prospects
Inform and educate potential clients about available solutions
Execute outbound calls and emails, build rapport quickly, and uncover client needs
Understand business pain points and propose suitable Cloud-based solutions
Keep Salesforce.com CRM up to date with accurate customer and prospect data
Collaborate with your team to achieve KPIs related to productivity and pipeline growth
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and deals
Your Profile:

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Native-level Dutch and fluent English
Experience in outbound/B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT
Knowledge of cloud computing, especially Google Cloud Platform
Strong business acumen and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
Comfort working in a quota-driven, phone-based environment
Solid computer literacy
Preferred:

1+ year of IT outbound sales experience
Proven success in cold calling and portfolio management
Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs
Confidence in identifying key decision-makers and business influencers
Competitive, proactive, and self-driven personality
Familiarity with the local market and business landscape
