As a Politics & Government Assistant for Social Media, youll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of online platforms. Youll help gather essential information, monitor advertisements, identify and resolve potential issues, and support the communication between the platform and its Government, Political, and Advocacy partners. Your mission? To ensure smooth, effective collaboration and contribute to creating a safer digital space. Are you up for the challenge?

What You'll Do

• Gather and analyze key information

• Monitor ads and flag inappropriate content or links

• Identify and resolve issues efficiently

• Triage requests from various entities

• Facilitate clear and timely communication with partners

• Support the presence of relevant, meaningful content across platforms

• Respond to inquiries via email with empathy, precision, and professionalism

• Escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely solutions

What You'll Need

• Native Hebrew and fluent English (C1 level minimum)

• Background in compliance or legal partnerships is a plus

• Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage

• Strong written communication and customer support skills

• A proactive attitude and genuine passion for quality support

• Ability to manage large volumes of online content with attention to detail

• Motivation, positivity, and a collaborative spirit

• Valid European citizenship or a work permit for Portugal
