About the Role:
As a Business Development Sales Representative, youll play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer experiences while advancing your career in a supportive, award-winning environment.
What Youll Be Doing:

As a Business Development Sales Representative, your day-to-day will include identifying potential leads, building strong relationships, and closing deals. Youll also have the opportunity to maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, creating lasting relationships and growing the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential customers via various channels, including calls, social media, and outbound prospecting.
Understand customer needs through conversations and determine if our solutions can meet those needs.
Establish rapport and trust with prospects to guide them through the sales process.
What You Bring to the Role:

1+ years of sales experience
Strong skills in lead qualification, generating business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
Ability to connect with prospects and effectively present value propositions
A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment
Proficiency with sales tools and CRM systems
