Were looking for a creative, data-driven Campaign Specialist to join a vibrant team in Barcelona. Youll play a key role in helping businesses launch their first online advertising campaigns and make a real impact on their growth.

Your Role:

As a Campaign Specialist, youll work closely with a portfolio of new clients, guiding them through their first steps in online advertising. Youll build relationships, identify business needs, and help drive their success through tailored campaign strategies. This is a target-driven role where your efforts contribute both individually and as part of a collaborative onboarding team.

What Youll Do:

• Act as a trusted advisor to help clients build and optimize their PPC campaigns

• Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable marketing strategies

• Increase ad spend and client satisfaction through strong relationship-building

• Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone communication

What Were Looking For:

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications is a plus)

• 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising

• Passion for achieving targets and exceeding client expectations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Solid time management and organizational abilities

• Analytical mindset and a genuine interest in customer success

• Team-oriented attitude with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-moving environment

• Native-level Danish and high level of English
