What your day might look like:

Youll be the trusted partner for business travelers, providing thoughtful and personalized support for flights, hotels, train travel, and morebefore and during their journeys. Your expertise will help ensure they travel smoothly, arrive ready for success, and return home with ease.

What were looking for:

• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, with strong active listening

• Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken

• Working knowledge of English

• Experience in travel, airline, hospitality, or a related field is a plus

• Background in a customer service environment is a bonus

• Solid typing and computer skills (MS Office proficiency)

• Organized and analytical mindset, with sound decision-making skills

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• High school diploma or equivalent
