What Youll Do

• Collaborate with a dynamic international team to deliver top-level recruitment services
• Create and publish job ads across global platforms
• Source and engage with talent via social and professional channels
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the full recruitment cycle with care and professionalism

What Were Looking For

• 6+ months of recruiting experience (international is a plus!)
• Fluent in English additional languages are a big advantage
• Comfortable using social media, job boards, and recruiting tools
• Availability for 30+ hours per week
• Strong communicator, self-driven, dependable, and results-focused
