Job Title:
Product Support Engineer (Mechanical)

Job Summary:
The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for providing mechanical maintenance services and managing spare parts logistics for earth-moving equipment (dump trucks & wheel loaders). The position is based in 6th of October City and reports directly to the senior management team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and maintenance for earth-moving equipment, including dump trucks and wheel loaders.
• Handle customer inquiries related to spare parts, diagnosing issues, and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering timely, high-quality service.
• Ensure accurate documentation of service activities and manage spare parts inventory efficiently.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement of necessary spare parts.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge of products and stay updated with industry developments.
• Work closely with management to report service performance and recommend improvements.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company policies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience with earth-moving equipment maintenance and spare parts management.
• Proven technical knowledge of dump trucks and wheel loaders.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with equipment-related software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in Russian language (preferred).

Job Conditions:

• Location: 6th of October City
• Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site
• Working Hours: Fixed (8 hours/day)
