Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Online Specialist to support the configuration and customization of SharePoint within a Microsoft 365 environment. The successful candidate will work closely with international teams to implement hub sites, design user-friendly structures, and provide training and documentation for advanced users. This role requires hands-on expertise and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure SharePoint hub sites, including permissions setup and structure within M365

• Customize SharePoint templates, metadata columns, and webpart configurations

• Implement multilingual solutions within SharePoint Online

• Provide training sessions for advanced users and create comprehensive documentation for implemented configurations

• Collaborate effectively with international stakeholders to ensure alignment and usability

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience with SharePoint Online and M365 configuration

• In-depth knowledge of hub site management and multilingual capabilities within SharePoint

• Strong understanding of metadata structures, permissions, and webparts

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in distributed, international teams
