Content Moderator

Position: Content Moderator (Persian)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and assess user-reported content within a digital platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines and content policies.
• Analyze report data to accurately evaluate the severity and nature of each issue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address sensitive or complex cases appropriately.
• Use both quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce insights and reports that drive ongoing process improvements, optimization, and innovation.
• Evaluate upcoming features or tools and propose preventive measures to minimize potential misuse or abuse.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Persian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2).
• The candidate must be an EU Citizen or have a valid residency card.
• Strong time management and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in digital platforms, online communities, and user safety.

• Gross €1009.80 w/ room / €1069.79 w/o room

• If more than 100 km: airport pick up + room 300 EUR + travel costs cover after 9th month, yearly flight home
• working hours 9AM-6PM, Mon-Sunday rotating shifts
