Video and Creative Campaign Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Video & Creative Campaign Manager to join an international group of companies based in Paphos, Cyprus. This senior-level role is ideal for a creative storyteller who thrives in both the corporate and entertainment spheres and has a deep understanding of visual communication, video editing, and multi-platform campaign execution.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on professional with at least 10 years of industry experience, capable of transforming ideas into powerful, engaging video content.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development of video content and creative campaigns for various projects across the group.
• Collaborate with the filming and photography team, providing direction and vision for shoots.
• Edit high-quality video content, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand messaging.
• Propose and apply new technologies and trends for interactive video formats.
• Craft compelling video concepts for both corporate and entertainment-focused campaigns.
• Design and coordinate sets/stages for interviews, including ideation of creative questions and interview flow.
• Work closely with management to shape messaging and communication strategies for each project.
• Create customized content formats for a range of platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Partner with the Social Media Manager to launch and promote products, services, and events.
• Ensure all content meets brand standards and delivers impact across multiple digital channels.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in video production, creative direction, and campaign management.
• Excellent skills in video editing, visual storytelling, and campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and cross-platform distribution.
• Proven experience leading production teams and managing video/photo shoots.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video creation and interactive media.
• Experience creating interview setups, developing storyboards, and building creative question formats.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, understand project themes, and propose aligned messaging strategies.
• Hands-on knowledge of platforms used to launch and promote products and services in coordination with marketing teams.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Russian language will be considered as advantage.
