We’re supporting a fast-growing B2C tech company that’s already profitable and scaling rapidly — and we’re looking for a Director of Data (all genders) to lead and elevate their entire data ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Owning

As Director of Data, you will:

Own data architecture, governance, and tooling strategy — from infrastructure to insights

Build and lead a cross-functional data team (engineers, scientists, analysts) focused on business outcomes

Define and deliver internal data products and services that provide real value to stakeholders

Implement a modern, governed, single source of truth — empowering teams with self-serve analytics

Partner closely with product, growth, and executive stakeholders to fuel innovation and better decision-making

Increase decision velocity with powerful tools, models, and infrastructure

Design and lead a world-class experimentation strategy

Be a hands-on technical leader — from architecture to team mentorship

Continuously explore new technologies and methods to improve performance, reliability, and impact

What You Bring

️ 10+ years in analytics/data roles, including 4+ years in a leadership capacity

️ Strong track record in B2C environments, ideally apps with millions of users

️ Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern software engineering principles (Git, Docker, testing)

️ Solid experience with cloud platforms (ideally Google Cloud Platform)

️ Familiarity with Looker or similar BI/reporting tools

️ Excellent project prioritization and stakeholder management skills

️ Clear understanding of cross-functional KPIs and data-driven decision-making

️ Collaborative leadership style and outstanding English communication skills

️ Customer-obsessed, pragmatic, and technically sharp
