Senior Full-Stack Developer (Node.js & React.js)

Location: On-site, Hamra Beirut | Schedule: Full-Time

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years

Dash-Recruits is hiring on behalf of a fast-scaling tech company based in the heart of Hamra, Beirut and they're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who's ready to take ownership and help build a modern, scalable, and secure platform from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

• Architect, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js (Express.js) and React.js
• Design and optimize RESTful APIs for performance and reliability
• Drive development best practices, including testing, code reviews, and CI/CD
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product, design, and DevOpsto deliver seamless user experiences
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to system design decisions
• Troubleshoot complex challenges across the tech stack
• Mentor junior developers and help set the standard for clean, maintainable code

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of full-stack experience with Node.js (Express.js) and React.js
• Solid foundation in software engineering principles, including SOLID and modular design
• Familiarity with front-end tooling and state management libraries such as Redux or Webpack
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and performance-optimized query building
• Experience with Git, containerized development, and CI/CD pipelines
• Comfort working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Trello
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python for backend scripting or automation
• Exposure to LangChain or building AI-enhanced applications
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud)
• Experience building high-performance, distributed systems
• Previous experience in the Travel Industry is a plus
